Material:
 
– Snakehead fish sauce: 1 small one
- Ginger
- Onion
- Pepper
- Grease (if you like)
 
Making:
 
- Cut snakehead fish in half.
 
– Mix a cup of sugar water: 2-3 teaspoons of sugar, ground pepper, add a little water to dissolve.
 
– Choose ginger, cut small tubers. Onions and garlic, peeled and sliced.
 
- Put a little oil in the pan, add onion, garlic, ginger and sauté until fragrant.
 
– Put the fish sauce in and fry it on low heat, fry until golden brown on both sides, add the sugar water and fry for a few more minutes, then turn off the heat. Add the fat with a little green pepper for aroma. Fried snakehead fish sauce eaten with rice, boiled vegetables, melon.
