Cheese rolls – surprisingly delicious appetizers

You need to prepare the following ingredients for cheese rolls:
 
2 pieces of cutlet
 
150g mozzarella cheese
 
50g dried tomatoes
 
A little flour
 
Some breadcrumbs
 
1 egg
 
A little salt and pepper

Processing:
 
Use a knife to cut the cutlet in half horizontally. Note, do not completely cut the meat into two separate parts. Use a hammer to beat the meat to gradually thin the meat. Add some salt and pepper to the meat.

Cut the dried tomatoes into long slices.
